To collect wood, farming, base area, stack corpses, and few other jobs you need to designate an area for that. The superb survivor mod has a lot of bugs. Survivors usually die of hunger and thirst, so turn them off in the setting.Play it with Superb Survivors patch and with Serious Survivors and Merchant Survivors, makes it more fun and interesting and fixes a lot of bugs. Right away, I could tell there were way too many survivors on default settings. I had two NPCs on the same street as me and they scoured the houses down to nothing. Not sure how they're able to carry all that stuff. I started setting up a base in a nearby self storage facility. Superb Survivors can be janky as all hell but it's small moments like this that make it worth it. I always have that one survivor who's my favorite with a backstory I gave him and everything and it's always that survivor that gets killed by something stupid I did.
