I got like 2 fenris since but terrible attributes/talents and therefore unusable. They seem rare. Got one today in occupied dark zone from a challenging landmark, but got jumped by a full squad of rogues on my way to the extraction so I lost it.

Yeah I finally got two this weekend for an ar build. Of course I had to make my own because I couldn't get the other pieces I wanted to drop but still happy with the build. Those chest pieces exist just keep going. Also try dark zone I got different gear and weapons as well which was a nice change of pace.
